Study of the conceptual structure of the contribution system of Puerto Rico; most relevant aspects of the Internal Revenue Code of Puerto Rico in 1994 related to the income tax applicable to individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts, special partnerships, corporations of individuals and others; Excise, Municipal Patent Law, Law of Property tax and personal property, and other taxes applicable to employers’ doing business in Puerto Rico.
