Explaining the basic principles of anatomy and physiology with an emphasis on the relationship between structure and function of the human body, as well as the integration of systems to maintain homeostasis is essential to the allied health profession. Th is course includes information on all body systems along with the common conditions that affect them such as neoplasms, hypertension, and injuries. Finally, an overview on the most common procedures performed to treat injury and illness will be explained.
