WORKING WITH PEOPLE

Catalog description

This course is designed to help students develop skills for effective human relations in the workplace. Through self- reflection and group activities, students will strengthen their approach to interpersonal communication while also learning how to apply this important skillset in diverse work environments. Topics in this course include personality types, working styles, and conflict resolution. Special attention is also given to organizational change and value diversity.
