CLINICAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT EXTERNSHIP

Catalog description

This 180-hour course is designed to allow students to participate in a supervised setting to gain experience in a health care facility chosen by the school staff. Students will practice the skills, responsibilities, and duties of a Clinical Medical Assistant under the supervision of facility/staff members. The experience provides meaningful exposure to healthcare practice settings while providing support and instruction to the student.
