Catalog description
This course focuses on building students’ medical vocabulary. Creation of meaningful medical terms, correct spelling as well as a variety of definitions are emphasized. The course covers anatomy and physiology of body systems including medical terminology related to diseases, conditions, medical and diagnostic procedures, treatments, and pharmaceutical agents used in individual medical specialties.
