CRITICAL THINKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING

Catalog description

This course offers students the opportunity to develop logical reasoning skills relative to problem -solving and decision making. Students will engage in critical thinking activities while creating clear and concise persuasive arguments. Emphasis is placed on how to use deductive reasoning to gather information in order to draw a conclusion. Additional topics include how to organize and deliver one’s personal message as well as communication strategies for discussing ethical issues.
