COMPUTER FUNDAMENTALS

Catalog description

This course provides students with an overview of computer fundamentals including an investigation of hardware, software, Microsoft Windows, operating systems and essential applications. Additionally, students will explore working online, and the impact of computing and the Internet on society. Application based topics include word processing and spreadsheets as well as email and presentation tools. Special attention is given to information technology and communication for the allied health profession.
