In this course, students explore the basic principles of cost accounting, the different types of costing, and the ways in which organizations use this type of information to make decisions. Other topics covered include customer profitability analysis, service costs, budgeting and financial planning, transfer pricing, performance measurement, and the importance of non-financial indicators.
