Project Management for Public Health

Catalog description

This course focuses on project management principles for application to public health programs. Students will learn project performance measurement and evaluation for continuous quality improvement. Course topics also include requirements and responsibilities for program managers, stakeholder engagement, project initiation, scope, schedule, cost and budgeting, communication, risk and opportunity, and ethics.
