Catalog description

This course will focus on the process of planning, and seeking funding for, the implementation of a culturally-tailored, public health program to address a health inequity. Students will identify and critique existing public health programs and tailor one program to be culturally-responsive to the needs of a target population. Students will propose an implementation framework that includes measures of implementation success for the selected program. Students will also construct a program plan and outcome evaluation, written in a format appropriate for a programmatic funding proposal. This course is intended for DrPH students.
