Catalog description

This applied course prepares students to develop academic writing and evidence-based teaching skills necessary for well-rounded leadership in social and behavioral sciences. Course activities will advance academic writing through applying library research methods, practicing citation and recognizing plagiarism, and engaging in ethical use of artificial intelligence in public health writing. Students will be prepared to use evidence-based pedagogical strategies to support best practices in public health instruction.
