Catalog description

This course introduces students to fundamental principles of professional development for civil engineers, engineering ethics, engineering economics, and project management. Students will learn essential skills in leadership, communication, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control while applying these concepts to through surveying project on the Tulane Uptown campus. Additionally, students will develop career readiness skills appropriate to water resources engineers, including resume building, cover letter writing, interview techniques, and elevator pitches. Senior standing required.
