This course covers a survey of contemporary practices in physical, chemical, and biological treatment of water and wastewater. Design of water and wastewater treatment units, including clarifiers, flocculators, water softening processes, water filters, disinfection processes, and biological treatment units. Laboratory examination of water and wastewater quality.
