Catalog description

The Summer and Advanced Summer Externship courses allow students to gain professional skills and problem-solving expertise; study professionalism and lawyers' ethical requirements; examine lawyers' roles in the delivery of justice and ensuring justice for all; develop specific lawyering skills or learn a specific area of law; explore career interests in a variety of legal fields and build a professional network; and provide service to the community and to the public at large.
