Catalog description

This course provides a rigorous understanding of the principles and applications of business data exploration and visualization. Students will gain a deep understanding of data exploration and visualization tools, discovering their potential to find patterns in datasets and effectively convey those results for business intelligence and descriptive analytics. By exploring large data sets, students will complete an experiential learning group project to create charts, dashboards and stories in a data visualization software.
