This course offers a rigorous introduction to the statistical analytics lifecycle, equipping students with both conceptual mastery and Excel-based proficiency for data-driven decision-making in business contexts. Students will learn to design and execute the full analytic workflow—data collection, summarization, visualization, and interpretation—while developing probability models and applying inferential techniques (confidence intervals, hypothesis tests) to inform strategic choices. Students will also employ methods like ANOVA for comparative analysis and construct simple linear regression models.
