Managing Hospitality Organizations provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles, theories, and practices involved in managing operations within the hospitality and service industry. Students will explore the diverse facets of hospitality management, including hotel operations, restaurant management, event planning, customer service, and strategic decision-making. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge, real-world case studies, and hands-on exercises, students will develop the skills and competencies necessary to excel in the dynamic and ever-evolving field of hospitality management. The course will employ various assessment methods to evaluate students' understanding and application of hospitality management concepts. These may include individual and group projects, case studies, presentations, guest speaker sessions, practical exercises, and examinations that assess students' ability to analyze, strategize, and solve real-world challenges in hospitality management.
