LGST 4110develops fundamental legal writing skills and acquaints the student with the essential resources of computerized legal databases. Students learn the techniques of legal problem-solving and practice how to research and draft legal memoranda and briefs through a series of progressively more complex written assignments. This course is required for Legal Studies in Business majors.
