TRADEMARK Prosecution Boot Camp This 1-credit graded course will provide students the opportunity to engage in educational simulated hands-on trademark prosecution tasks, including researching trademark availability, preparing freedom-to-use and registrability opinions, preparing trademark applications, preparing use affidavits, evaluating and responding to USPTO office actions, and responding to oppositions.
