Italian Language through History and Culture

Catalog description

The course aims at improving the speaking and writing ability of students while familiarizing them with the development of Italian culture and history from pre-Roman era to the 21st century. Students discuss historical events and answer questions using the grammar and idioms learned in the grammar review. Writing assignments are based on the historical and cultural component of the course.
