In the evolving landscape of health administration, data-driven decision-making is paramount. HPAM 6300 is an advanced applied analytics course designed to equip students with the expertise to analyze, visualize, and communicate critical health data effectively. Emphasizing best practices in data visualization and storytelling, this course builds on the analytical foundations established in HPAM 6200 . Students will master the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dynamic dashboards to monitor and enhance organizational performance. Through practical case studies and hands-on experience with leading data visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel and Tableau, students will refine their ability to present data in a compelling and actionable manner, ultimately informing and influencing key stakeholders in the health sector.
