Catalog description

This course will take students into the field and provide them with their first in depth experience with earth and environmental science. Students will spend the first part of the course in a seminar type course discussing fundamental papers. The course will then culminate with an approximately week long field outing. Course location will rotate. The course will not supllant the field geology camp requirement for geology majors.
