This course supports educational leaders in managing change and acting as agents of continuous improvement to fulfill the school's mission and promote academic success. The course focuses on driving the school and school district toward achieving results, utilizing data analysis to drive effective change, developing faculty and staff, and creating a culture of accountability among all stakeholders. This course examines the use of data in strengthening the effectiveness in organizational leadership, instructional programming, professional development, and decision-making.
