Catalog description
A continuation of Advanced General Chemistry I ( CHEM 1090 ). Topics covered include thermodynamics and thermochemistry, equilibrium, electrochemistry, kinetics, and an introduction to materials chemistry. Three hours of lecture per week. CHEM 1100 is mutually exclusive with CHEM 1080 . Students may receive credit for only one of CHEM 1100 or CHEM 1080 in the undergraduate degree.
