Catalog description
An introduction to chemical principles. Stoichiometry, thermochemistry, states of matter, periodic relationships, atomic structure and bonding. Three hours of lecture per week. CHEM 1070 is mutually exclusive with CHEM 1090 . Students may receive credit for only one of CHEM 1070 or CHEM 1090 in the undergraduate degree.
