Catalog description
This courses examines the structure of social inequality both in the U.S. and in the international context. It reviews theories in inequality and also explores empirical data on stratification both domestically and globally. It also examines how we can try to achieve more social equality and social justice both nationally and globally. Prerequisite: SOC 2275
