Catalog description

This course provides an in-depth study of the principles of assessment and evaluation for improving language and literacy learning. Formal and informal methods of literacy assessment will be explored. Approaches to intervention informed by science of reading research will be introduced. Teacher candidates will document intervention within their field experiences.
