Beginning Ultimate Disc

Catalog description

This course will introduce students to the game of Ultimate Disc. This is a team sport in which players seek to score points by passing a disc to a team mate over the opposing team's goal line. Students will explore the opportunity for Ultimate Disc to become a lifetime activity in order to promote health and wellness in their daily routines.
