Interprets complex, multi-system health altera- tions in response to internatl and external environmental dimensions. Examines theories related to stress and crisis management. Emphasizes evidence-based clinical decisions in a caring environment, utilization of communi- cation and collaboration and the integration of information technology, research findings, ethical competence and cultural humility in nursing practice for the promotion of optimal health in individuals with complex, multi-system health alterations.
