Continues to explore health alterations for adults in response to internal and external environmental dimensions, focusing on cardivascular, repiratory, nervous, sensory, renal, reproductive, and multi-system trauma and shock. Examines selected theories for interrelationalships among physical, psychocial, cultural, and spiritual components. Emphasizes evidence-based clinical decisions in a caring environment for the utilization of therapeutic interventions, communication and collaboration for promotion of optimal health states in adults.
