Exlplore mental health alterations of all ages in response to internal and external environmental dimensions. Examines selected theories of mental health and illness for interrelationships among physical, psychosocial. cultural and spiritual com ponents. Emphasizes evidence-based clinical decision-making in teh utilization of therapeutic nursing intervensions, communication and collaboration for the promotion of optimal states of mental health.
