Catalog description
Explores common health alterations for individuals of all ages in response to internal and external environmental dimensions. Examines the physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual components influencing health states. Introduces the concept of illness as an alteration in health. Presents fundamental skills used in the implementation of therapeutic nursing interventions. Introduces evidence-based clinical decisions in the application of the nursing process for health promotionn and clinical prevention.
