Catalog description

1000-level courses are for non-majors and music majors studying secondary instruments. Music majors will study two semesters each at the 2000 and 3000 levels, and three semesters at the 4000 level. Approval for advancement will be given at jury examinations by faculty in each area (keyboard, voice, brass, woodwinds, percussion, strings). Note: 1 credit hour per semester, average of 1 lesson per week.
