Continuing study of Common Practice Era diatonic and chromatic harmony and counterpoint with emphasis on the music of the Classic and Romantic eras, including secondary dominant and secondary diminished functioning chords, borrowed chords, Neapolitan chord, and augmented sixth chords, modulation, advanced four-part chorale writing, harmonic progression, and intermediate-level harmonic analysis.
