Study of Common Practice Era diatonic harmony and counterpoint with emphasis on the music of the Baroque and Classic eras, and including seventh chords, cadences, Roman Numeral and Macro analysis, non-chord tones and suspensions, and four-part chorale writing, harmonic progression and harmonic rhythm.
