Catalog description

This course develops the knowledge of self;self- confidence and individual leadership skills as well as develops problem solving and critical thinking skills and the application of communica- tions, feedback and conflict resolution. Areas to be trained include personal development, goal setting, communication, problem solving and decision making, leadership, teamwork, the group process, stress managment and physical fitness.
