Catalog description

The course includes the basic principles of land tenure and the cadaster with a major component being the study and application of survey statue and related case law. The concepts underlying the hierarchy of evidence, sequential versus simultaneous conceyances, adverse possession, reparian rights, land descriptions and the U.S. Public Land Survey System are explored.
