Catalog description
Focus on sentence-level writing: clause types, sentence types, sentence combining, conjunctions, and mechanics (punctuation and capitalization). Provides a basic introduction to writing in En- glish that helps students apply what they are learning in other English classes to develop their writing proficiency. Writing Lab requirements: 1 hour per week.
