Catalog description

This lab course provides hands-on experience in exploring the electronic properties of materials, with a focus on semiconductors and other commonly used materials in engineering. Experiments will cover electrical conductivity, bandgap determination, charge carrier transport, and doping effects. Students will use measurement techniques such as four-point probe, Hall effect characterization, and semiconductor device testing to analyze material behavior and performance in electronic applications.
