Catalog description
Analysis of the federal income tax laws and regulations for individual taxpayers. Primary emphasis is on the individual components of personal and business income and allowable deductions. The taxation of gains and losses on property and capital-asset transactions will be introduced. Accounting majors must complete this course with a grade of C or better.
