Catalog description

This course prepares students to think about procedures from a surgeon’s perspective. It is constructed in such a way as to teach basic surgical anatomy, instrumentation, and procedural steps. The course introduces students to diagnostic procedures, endoscopic surgery and robotics, general, obstetrics and gynecology, and genitourinary surgeries. Prerequisite: SUR 104 , SUR 114 , BIO 204 .
