The introduction of both time-domain solutions and Laplace transforms. Development of time constants, damping ratios, and transfer functions. Poles and zeros, and frequency-response. The application of feedback modeling and design tools including: root-locus diagrams, bode plots and PID control. Prerequisites: ES 223 and MA 233
