This course is intended for people who are, or plan to be, first line supervisors. Its purpose is to present basic principles that will assist in developing the talent needed to direct other people. Skill building cases and incidents are part of the course content. Prerequisite: BA 123 Business Concepts or PSY 113 Principles of Psychology.
