Catalog description

This course investigates the challenges of leadership decision-making and its influence on organizational culture. To promote fairness and accountability, emphasis is placed on recognizing biases, questioning assumptions, and using ethical reasoning. The role of transparency and trust are highlighted in creating a solid organizational foundation.
