Catalog description

This is an introduction to the American legal system as it relates to business enterprises and society. It includes a survey of courts, torts, ethics and public policy. It involves a study of the Constitution, the common law of contracts, including contract formation, performance, breach and remedies, and a study of the law of sales under the Uniform Commercial Code.
