Catalog description

This course emphasizes sustainable construction practices, including energy-efficient designs, green building certifications, and environmental impact assessments. Students also learn the fundamentals of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, focusing on how they are designed and integrated into building projects. Case studies are used to demonstrate how sustainability and MEP systems work together in modern construction. Prerequisite: CM 3003
