Catalog description
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the project management process in construction. Students learn about planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and controlling project timelines using computer software tools. The course also addresses different project delivery methods and the roles of stakeholders. Case studies are used to explore ethical decision-making, contract negotiation, and legal challenges commonly faced in construction management. Prerequisite: CM 2023 Corequisite: MGT 383
