Catalog description

This course explores the use of technology to improve construction processes and project management. Students learn to apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) for design and coordination, use project management software to track schedules and budgets, and implement quality assurance processes. Emphasis is placed on integrating technology into every phase of a construction project to improve efficiency, communication, and quality control. Prerequisite: EGR 152 Corequisite: CM 2003
