Introduction to Chemical Literature and Communication

Catalog description

A course focusing on the nature and use of chemical literature and the communication of scientific knowledge. The student will gain experience in searching the literature, analyzing and summarizing literature, properly citing and referencing sources, and writing both a review article and a scientific research paper. Prerequisite: ENG 133 or ENG 143 or HUM 203 and one Chemistry course 200-Level or above
