Catalog description
This first course, in a two-course series, develops a comprehensive understanding of the close inter-relationship between anatomy, physiology and pathology as seen in the human organism. Introduces students to the cell, which is the basic structural and functional unit of all organisms, and covers tissues, integument, skeleton, muscular and nervous systems as an integrated unit. Corequisite: Lab required
